We move through a dynamic squat series, layering in heel lifts, pulses, and holds to create time under tension while staying rooted in Pilates principles. From there, we target the glutes with a focused bridge series before finishing with core work and a grounding stretch. Expect to feel the burn, boost your energy, and move in sync as you build strength and control as a team.
